Kimberly Overman has earned the endorsement of the Democratic Hispanic Caucus of Florida. Kimberly sought DHCF’s support because she shares the organization’s commitment to representation, civic engagement, and economic opportunity – and because Hispanic families, workers, students, seniors, and small-business owners across Florida’s 12th Congressional District deserve a strong voice in Congress. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Hispanic Democratic Caucus, and during her service as a County Commissioner she directed support to organizations like Enterprising Latinas and the Wimauma Community Development Corporation, which expand workforce development and economic opportunity in South Hillsborough County. “Effective representation begins with listening,” Kimberly said. “I’ll keep showing up in these communities so their priorities are reflected in the decisions I make.”
